We take a careful, personalised approach to getting you into the right class. Every new participant begins with an individual assessment so Chloe can make sure the class is right for you — and that you feel confident and safe from day one.

Initial Assessment (£65)

A one-to-one session with Chloe to assess your movement, discuss your goals, and identify the right class for you. 45–60 minutes.

First Class — Free

Your first group session after assessment is complimentary. A chance to meet the group and experience the class before committing.

Balance & Falls Prevention

A targeted programme for people with a history of falls or balance concerns following neurological conditions or ageing. Combines reactive balance training, dual-task exercises and functional strength work to rebuild confidence in movement. Evidence-based and NICE-recommended as first-line falls prevention treatment.

MS Focus

MS Strength & Fatigue

Specifically designed for multiple sclerosis. Blends gentle functional strengthening with fatigue management education. Carefully paced to avoid post-exertional worsening while building real-world strength and balance. Chloe monitors exertion throughout and adapts to how participants are presenting on any given day.

Neuro Rehab Maintenance

For people who have completed a course of NHS or private physiotherapy and want to maintain — and continue building on — their progress. Open to any neurological condition, at any stage. A professionally supervised, supportive group environment to keep moving forward long after formal rehabilitation has ended.
